You may return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. However, we do ask that you pay shipping costs for these returns. If the return results from our error, such as an incorrect or defective product, you will receive a full refund for the item and shipping costs.
You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to cancel your order for a full refund. Cancellation requests after the 24-hour period will not be refunded due to the strict nature of CBD payment processing.
If your item is incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival, we will exchange your item at no additional cost to you.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period allows for the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If, for any reason, you do not receive your refund after 14 days, please contact us at email@example.com and let us know. We will do everything in our power to resolve the issue immediately.
Please note that refunds may not be issued for any order that is refused or abandoned by the intended recipient or for orders that can’t be delivered due to an address error.
